International Trading
We buy and sell products internationally and take commercial and operational responsibility for the transaction: supplier, price, documentation, logistics and delivery.
Who we buy from, who we sell to
We work upstream and downstream of the same operation. That is what allows us to close a deal that a pure intermediary cannot.
We buy from
- Manufacturers and producers looking for volume and stable offtake
- Exporters and trading houses in producing regions
- Wholesalers and distributors with available stock
- Overproduction, end-of-line and stock lots at the right price
- Suppliers with EU-compliant certification who need a route to market
We sell to
- Importers who need a reliable, qualified source of supply
- Distributors and wholesalers in Spain, Benelux and Western Europe
- Industrial buyers and procurement departments
- Retail chains and specialised retail groups
- Companies replacing a supplier that has failed on price, quality or lead time
What a trading operation includes
Counterparty qualification
Company verification, production capacity, certifications, references and previous export experience. We do not present a supplier we have not checked.
Price and terms negotiation
Unit price, MOQ, volume brackets, payment structure and revision clauses. Everything closed in writing before production starts.
Quality and documentation
Technical specification, samples, pre-shipment inspection where required, certificates, test reports and the documentation the destination market demands.
Incoterms and logistics
Sea, road or air freight, consolidation, insurance and delivery under the agreed Incoterm — from EXW at origin to DDP at your warehouse.
Customs and compliance
Tariff classification, duties, import documentation and applicable EU requirements such as CE marking, REACH or product-specific regulation.
Payment structure
Payment terms agreed with both sides — bank transfer, letter of credit or staged payments — structured to reduce risk for buyer and seller.
A European base, not just a contact list
We consolidate goods in warehouses located in the Netherlands and Belgium and distribute from there to clients and distributors across the continent. Being inside the EU customs territory shortens delivery times, allows partial shipments and removes the friction of dealing with a supplier eight time zones away.
For a buyer, that means a European counterparty, a European invoice and product that is already cleared. For a supplier, it means an entry point into Europe without building their own structure.
Terms we normally work with
- Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP
- Transport: full container, groupage, road and air freight
- Consolidation: warehouses in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Volumes: from a trial order to recurring container programmes
- Payment: bank transfer, letter of credit or staged payments
- Documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and conformity
Buying or selling, start with the specification
Send us the product, the volume and the destination — or the stock you need to place. We will tell you quickly whether it is an operation we can close.
