Market Development
For manufacturers, exporters and suppliers with a competitive product and no commercial structure in the market they want to enter. Auronix becomes that structure.
A good product is not a market
Most suppliers that fail in Europe do not fail on product. They fail on access: no local counterparty, no understanding of price positioning, no documentation for the destination market, and no one to answer a buyer in their own time zone.
This is for you if
- You manufacture or export and want to sell in Spain, Benelux or Western Europe
- You have capacity available and want to open a new sales channel
- You have tried distributors before and lost control of the account
- You need a European counterparty buyers can invoice and call
- You want to test a market before committing to your own subsidiary
What we do
- Market and price assessment: whether your product is competitive at the target landed cost
- Positioning: which segment, which channel, against which alternatives
- Buyer identification: distributors, importers, industrial and retail buyers
- Commercial representation: we present, negotiate and close on your behalf
- Operational setup: logistics, consolidation in the EU, documentation and compliance
- Account management: we keep the relationship and the reordering alive
Choose the level of commitment
We do not impose one formula. The model depends on your product, your capacity and how much of the market you want to control yourself.
Commercial agent
We represent you in the territory and work on commission. You keep the client relationship and invoice directly. Lowest commitment, fastest to start.
Distributor
We buy from you and sell in the territory, exclusive or non-exclusive, with agreed volume targets. You get a single counterparty and predictable orders.
Local representative
We act as your commercial and administrative presence in Europe: a local address, a local phone number and someone who answers buyers in their language.
Market development partner
A structured entry programme with defined phases, milestones and shared investment. For suppliers who want the market built properly, not opportunistically.
What we need from you
We only take on products we believe we can actually sell. This is what lets us give you a straight answer quickly.
Product and pricing
Catalogue or technical sheets, and an export price with the Incoterm it refers to. Without a real price there is no assessment.
Capacity and lead times
Monthly production capacity, minimum order quantity and realistic lead times, including peak periods.
Certifications and compliance
Certificates, test reports and any marking required in the EU for your product category — or a clear plan to obtain them.
References and terms
Existing export markets, reference clients, and the commercial terms you can offer: payment, warranty, after-sales and exclusivity.
Tell us what you produce
Send us your product, your capacity and the markets you are targeting. We assess the commercial fit and come back with a concrete proposal — or with an honest no.
Every proposal we make states the model, the territory, the expected volumes and how we are remunerated. No open-ended arrangements.
