The sourcing process
Five stages. You decide at every gate — we do not commit you to anything until the specification, the supplier and the price are agreed.
Brief
We define the product, specification, volume, target price, destination market and timeline with you.
Search & qualification
We identify candidate suppliers and screen them: real capacity, certifications, references and export track record.
Validation
Samples, technical review, documentation and compliance with the requirements of your destination market.
Negotiation
Price, Incoterms, payment terms, lead times and quality conditions, closed in writing.
Execution
Order, production follow-up, inspection, logistics, customs and delivery at destination.
Three ways to engage us
We agree the model before starting, so you always know what you are paying for.
Sourcing project
A defined assignment with a fee: we search, qualify, validate and deliver a shortlist with negotiated quotations. You buy directly from the supplier if you prefer.
Commission on the operation
No fee up front. We are remunerated as a percentage of the closed operation, agreed in advance and transparent to both sides.
Auronix as counterparty
We buy from the supplier and sell to you. One European invoice, one point of responsibility, and the supplier risk sits with us.
Ongoing supply
For recurring needs we set up a supply programme with agreed volumes, prices and delivery windows, reviewed periodically.
